Our Return Policy
Quality of our products is at our core and if any Nova Microblading Tools are damaged during delivery or you are not to your standards we WILL REPLACE IT.
How to ask for the replacement?
All we ask for is a picture of the damaged or imperfect tool, you can send the picture to our support email: hello (@) novamicroblading.com
We will have the tools either added to your next order, or we can send them separately. (We will decide based on our supports emails solution)
How do I know when my order will be delivered?
Once your order is placed, our team will prepare it for shipping by carefully inspecting each microblading tool or pigment and packaging it securely. When the package is ready to leave our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number which will allow you to see where your tools are and when they will get to you.
All of our orders leave the warehouse the same day they are received if the order is placed before 6 PM Eastern Time Zone.
